Bridon was originally formed in 1926 from an amalgamation of wire rope producers, the earliest of which date back to the late 18th Century. Acquired in 1997 by FKI plc the major international diversified engineering group, Bridon now is a major supplier to key industries throughout the World with numerous strategically positioned global operations.
Bridon operates seven manufacturing units world wide with market focused technical and sales offices, supported by a global network of agents and distributors.
