Certification is the next step in Bridon’s customer service tool
Bridon, global technology leader in the manufacture of wire and fibre rope, have developed phase two of their customer focused service.
Following the successful launch of ‘My Bridon’ in 2014, the company has now added certifications into its direct access offer for customers.
The system is accessed through a username and password, allowing visibility of order status and current stock and now certifications 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
